Good tacos

Amazing food. Can not recommend this place enough. They only work few hours a days so you'll need to call ahead or make a reservation. Best spot for Veracruz region food in Merida in my opinion.

One of My favourite places to eat in Merida. So good.

I went for breakfast and the truth is all the food was delicious, from the entrance it is quite an experience, despite being a small space it is quite cozy, from the way the place is arranged and its decorations, everything is very beautiful. I ordered 2 bites, one with ranchera sauce, accompanied by string cheese and chinameca loganiza, and another with green sauce, with string cheese and chinameca meat. Just like poor the sweet gorditas, one with cheese and one without cheese, a garnacha and a simple empanada. To drink, we had a chocomilk and I tried zaraza for the first time, which is a Veracruz soft drink that was honestly super delicious. My friends I went with are from Veracruz, and in their words, it is the place with the best Veracruz food they have ever tried, the closest to Veracruz they have felt while in Merida. The service is a little slow, but the truth is that as a diner you must be patient since inside the place, there are signs indicating that the food is made TO THE MOMENT. So, one has to be very patient with it. In general it was a very rich experience and one that I would definitely repeat.

Great local food

good discovery Veracruz food, good all seasoning, portions and prices. The only issue is the attention, they are very friendly and serve relatively quickly, but you have to be looking for them because they don't come to the table much. We were 4 people, we ordered 4 dishes, 3 drinks, a conch with cream and we paid 622 before tip. They have air conditioning, they have several tables but it does get full. The drinks are very good size, I had a very good meal. Let's go back to eat fat and other snacks We loved the tablecloths with little games Recommendation: bomb with cream, I haven't eaten a well prepared one in years. Be careful the red sauce was quite spicy, if you don't eat chili ask about what is spicy and what is not.
